Every now and then we Keto fans need a sweet treat and a Fat Bomb, or as I like to call them, "Carrie's Keto Candy" is the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth and get an added boost of healthy fat into our daily nutrition.
With only 5 ingredients these
Flexible Keto Maple Fudge treats are easy to make, high in fat and low in carbs that are pure Keto friendly, mouth watering goodness!
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp butter or full fat canned coconut milk
1-2 tbsp almond butter
2-3 tbsp sweetener
3-4 drops maple extract.
DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan, melt all of the ingredients. Taste and adjust the sweetness and maple flavor to your liking.
Pour into a small baking dish or silicone mold and put it in the fridge for at least 45 min.
My husband and I love to grab one of these out of the fridge whenever we feel the need for a sweet treat or a fat boost. They have a texture and mouthfeel like fudge and the classic flavor of rich maple.
